Where do you ship?
We currently ship only within the United States and do not offer international shipping at this time.
How long does it take to process and ship my order?
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Delivery times depend on the shipping method selected:

What if my order is delayed?
If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there’s a significant delay, we’ll notify you via email.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, as long as the item is unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
To start a return, please contact us at info@rosariesminnette.com. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted. Custom items are non-returnable.
What if my order is lost or damaged in transit?
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@rosariesminnette.com with your order number and details. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at info@rosariesminnette.com. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

To place a custom order, simply complete the custom order form in our website (under the Customer Service Menu) and pay your deposit.
